Instytut Informacji Rynkowej - DPConsulting was established in 2000. Our first task was a Customer Satisfaction Audit for Cargill Polska. Since then we have become experts in the area of the customer satisfaction and loyalty in the “b2b” sector. We have created our own original methodology for this research, which proved to be very adequate and giving precise information about the relationship between suppliers and their customers. We run both quantitative as well as qualitative researches, tests and experiments for “b2b” as well and “b2c” segments of the market. Our organisation covers the whole area of Poland where we can perform face-to-face interviews anywhere nationwide. We also have very effective on-line techniques which we successfully apply for researches in other countries. Our respondents can be either randomly selected or may be the result of the purposive sampling.
